Budda is not a God. He is simply a man that’s teachings are not to be thought of us as rules but as advice to follow.
Mediation is key, because without mediation our minds will not be clam and relaxed. Our bodies are precious, it is important to keep our bodies healthy. It’s good to be good, Buddhist believe in the idea of Karma that everything comes back to you. Strive for Balance, the Buddhist knew that being too strict on oneself was not the key for success but it was being moderate. practicesMediation is an important element in the Buddhist culture. The Mantras are the scared sounds and the Mudras are the scared hand gestures. The Fourth Nobles Truth The first noble truth is to live is to suffer. The second noble truth is suffering comes from desire. The third noble truth: to the end suffering and desire. The fourth noble truth is release from suffering is possible. The Noble Eight Fold Path, the way to inner peace Buddha taught will lead us toward liberation from the impermanence and suffering of reality. 1.Right understood: I recognize the impermanence of life, the mechanism of desire, and the cause of suffering. 2.Right intention: My thoughts and motives are pure, not tainted by my emotions and selfish desires. 3.Right speech: I speak honestly and kindly, in positive ways, avoiding lies, exaggeration, harsh words. 4.Right action My actions do not hurt any other being that can hurt, including animals: I avoid stealing and sexual conduct that would bring hurt. 5. Right work: My job does no harm to myself or others. 6.Right effort: with moderation, I consistently strive to improve. 7.Right Mediation: I use the disciples of mediation and focused awareness to contemplate the nature of reality and more deeply. 8.
